Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a quote and an invoice?

A quote is an offer sent before the work, with prices valid until a given date. An invoice requests payment after the sale or the work. You can prepare both with PRAXAO.

How long should a quote remain valid?

It is your commercial choice; 30 days is common. Set the “valid until” date so your client knows how long your prices hold.

Is my quote stored by PRAXAO?

No. The draft is saved only in your browser. When you download the PDF, the document is used to build the file and is not kept.

Can I turn a quote into an invoice?

Your saved details can be entered again in the invoice generator in a few clicks. Saving and converting documents automatically is planned for PRAXAO accounts.
