The service

PRAXAO provides free online tools for calculations and business documents. Using the site implies acceptance of these terms. No account is needed.

Results and responsibility

We take great care to make calculations exact, but results are provided for information and depend on the values you enter. Tax rates, legal mentions and technical requirements vary by country and change over time: check them for your situation, and consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

The invoices and quotes you create are your documents: you are responsible for their content and for the mentions required in your country.

Within the limits allowed by law, PRAXAO cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the tools. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you.

Fair use

  • Do not disrupt the service, attempt to access it by unauthorised means, or bypass its limits.
  • Automated or massive use is limited to protect the service for everyone.
  • Do not use the tools to create fraudulent or misleading documents.

Intellectual property

The PRAXAO and BUILNORA names, logos, texts and software are protected. You may freely use the documents and results you produce with the tools.

Advertising and contributions

Advertising, when displayed, is labelled and separate from the tools. Contributions are voluntary, give no access to extra features and are not subscriptions; the ad-free thank-you applies to the browser used for the contribution.

Accounts and paid plans

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the content saved in your account. Pro and Business plans are monthly subscriptions paid through PayPal at the price shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time from your account or PayPal: the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and nothing renews afterwards. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights apply where your law provides them — write to service@praxao.com.
