No. It counts what a layout requires. Strength, wind and impact loads, and any rule on guard height or the gap between bars come from the regulation that applies to your work and from the workshop drawing.
A metre of square tube weighs (side² − (side − 2 × wall)²) × density ÷ 1 000 kg. Each section is multiplied by its total length; the density of steel is editable.
