Where do I find the productivity?

From your own jobs: divide the hours worked by the quantity produced. It varies with the trade, the site and the crew, so the calculator does not assume one.

What do the charges represent?

A percentage added to the wage for employer contributions, insurance, tools or anything you want to recover per hour. Use the figure that matches your company.

Is this the price of the job?

No, it is labour only. Materials, equipment, travel, overheads, taxes and risk must be added to build a quote.
