Frequently asked questions

Why count only billable hours?

Admin, prospecting and training take time you cannot invoice. If you work 40 hours but bill 30, your rate must be based on the 30.

Which charges rate should I use?

It depends on your legal status and country. Use the combined rate of social contributions and income tax that applies to your revenue; an accountant can confirm it.

Is this the rate I should charge?

It is your minimum to reach your target. Your final price also depends on your market, your experience and the value you deliver.
